that need to be addressed with more time and more options.
We take the time
to gather a thorough history, order labs & imaging and refer to specialists
as needed to create a customized holistic/integrative care plan for your child.
Be Well Package (2 months)
- One initial 60-90 Minute In-Person Visit
- One Follow-Up In-Person or Video Visit
- One End of Consult Wrap-Up Phone Visit
- Direct Access to Physician by Text & Email for Two Months
Stay Well Package (3 months)
- One initial 60-90 Minute In-Person Visit
- Up to 3 Follow-Up In-Person or Video Visit
- One End of Consult Wrap-Up Phone Visit
- Direct Access to Physician by Text & Email for Three Months
* Please note: All children with Autism Spectrum Disorder will be enrolled in the Stay Well Package
