- An Initial 60-90 Minute In-Person Visit
- Up to 3 Follow-Up In-Person or Video Visits
- One Wrap-Up Phone Visit
- Direct Access to Physician by Text or Email for Three Months
- Focused lab evaluation, expert interpretation and treatment recommendations

For treatment of chronic concerns
you wish to address from a holistic approach.
Stay Well Package
For more complex diagnoses including autism spectrum disorder, allergic conditions, genetic concerns, and more.

Complex Care & Continued Support
Follow-Up Phone Access:
Request follow-up consultation calls for up to 3 months
after your Integrative Consult package concludes ($159 per 30-minute call).
Complex Care Membership:
After completing your consult package, you may request to transition all of your child's pediatric
and primary care into our ongoing monthly membership (pricing based on complexity)
